5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped through trusted courier services within Pakistan.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued through the original payment method or store credit.
  • Certain items (e.g., discounted products, limited drops) may be non-refundable.
  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
