Shipping Policy

At Slumor, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders across Pakistan.
1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver orders within Pakistan only.
- Delivery is available to all major cities and most remote areas through trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
- During sales, promotions, or holidays, delivery may be delayed due to high order volumes.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping fee: PKR 200 – 300, depending on location.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable, will be displayed at checkout).
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available nationwide.
- Please ensure correct address and contact information to avoid failed deliveries.
6. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
- You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
7. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make additional attempts.
- Orders not accepted after two delivery attempts may be canceled.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (photo/video).
- Slumor is not responsible for lost items once marked as “Delivered” by the courier, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.
