Returns & Refunds Policy

At Slumor, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refunds Policy explains your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Undergarments
- Socks
- Accessories (caps, beanies, etc.)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will need to provide proof (photo or video) for verification.
- Once approved, you may choose between an exchange or a refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size or style changes, subject to availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request:
- Email us at support@slumor.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.
- Ship the product back in secure packaging.
